« Les Puces Typo » explained :
A [typo]graphical event…
Each year we gather together professionals and others who are passionate about letters, symbols, writing, books, and all forms of graphic design and typography.
Around the stalls and displays aficionados and the curious will find, (as if in a flea market, from where the term « Les Puces » is taken) original publications. They may meet an author or creator, share ideas with a graphic designer, or pick up a second-hand book. All of this in an atmosphere of conviviality. In the ground-floor mini-theatre, or on the two upper floors visitors will find presentations, activities, new and original displays and even a tombola !
Each year Les Rencontres de Lure tries to ensure that there is a variety of exhibitors, with new contributors annually. The Campus of la Fonderie, which serves as our venue, is responsible for the co-ordination of this event.

…Helping you to discover, or re-discover our association
During « Les Puces », the association announces the theme of the next Rencontres de Lure summer school week, and gives the names of some of its presenters.
It also allows the association to display its latest publications and the programme of the year’s activities. (Workshops, conferences, visits…)
And for those who have not yet had the chance to get to know our committee members, here is the opportunity to meet them in person, and to talk about the association, its history its projects and its current activities. We look forward to meeting you at the next « Les Puces Typo » event !
