Registering for Rencontre de Lure week allows entry to all presentations, as well as to all associated activities including concerts and workshops. Registration is open to members only. The cost of registration allows us essentially to cover the costs associated with gathering 20 to 30 presenters from France, Europe and overseas. The association pays for their travel expenses, a night’s accommodation and two meals. Our presenters receive no remuneration, and all of our organisers are unpaid volunteers who give freely of their time.
The association proposes lunch and evening meal from Sunday evening to Friday evening at extra cost. Meals include starter, main course, dessert and wine, at the price charged by the caterers.
La Chancellerie in Lurs, (our association’s home in Lurs where our presentations and lectures take place) has a 9-bed dormitory and the village makes available 10 places in the municipal gîte. You can apply through the registration form via our web address.
